utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

Rob and Adam at Storage King Coolangatta but on NSW side are the best. They are so incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating and so easy to deal with.
I've had to store my stuff a couple of times here and they go above and beyond to help. The facilities have just had a massive extension so lots of brand new units available.

I have moved over the years to few different storage facilities. I have to say that this Storage King facility is the best I have seen. It is a great new storage space, clean and secure and easy accessible minutes of the highway exit.
Mostly I am impressed with Rob and Adam the owners they offer excellent service and went over and beyond my expectations to help me out. On the other hand National storage in this area where I had storage unit for a long time couldn’t care less about my needs as a customer. I decided to shop around for a better deal and when I came across Adam and Rob, my decision to move to storage king was easy. If you need storage facility in this area this is the place where your belongings will be secure and looked after. I could not believe you can hire van and a trailer free of charge for your move. As I said these guys go over and beyond for their customers.

Everything was so quick and easy to arrange my storage at the last minute. Plus, getting the packaging, lock etc in a one stop shop made my move stress free.
I used their removalist contact and these guys completed the experience for me with ease. Also, being able to use the FREE van for my old bits, on the following days made the process even easier.
Unit is clean, easy to access and straight off the Highway.
