5 Stars – All credit to the team at Storage King Coomera
The facilities at Storage King Coomera are flawless - clean, spacious, and easy to navigate. From a physical storage standpoint, it’s a 10/10 experience.
That said, the pricing trajectory over the past four years has been extremely disappointing. It’s hard to ignore the sense of corporate greed at play, with rate increases that feel more opportunistic than justified. Like many large-scale businesses, it seems the head office is leaning into economic conditions to extract as much as possible from loyal customers.
The silver lining: the customer service at Coomera is truly world-class. Regardless of whether you’re dealing with the team in person, over the phone, or via email, the experience is consistently warm, professional, and human. The staff here are the reason this location earns five stars - not the pricing, not the policies, but the people.
To the team on the ground: thank you. Your service, conversations, and genuine care haven’t gone unnoticed. You are the heart of this business and more valuable to the Storage King brand than they likely realise.

What a great experience from my first interaction with Leanne she was super efficient and explained everything to me. Then I met Cameron on-site and the great service continued. Nothing was a problem. Answered all my questions. Lovely clean facility and so easy to get in and out of all the while being secure. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Both Leanne and Cameron have gone above and beyond to help me out from last minute availability to store a 4br house to truck and van hire to move it all, can't forget the life saving move of having bolt Cutters to help retrieve spare keys locked in unit., these two are amazing people that will do everything they can to help make your life easier.
