Hired a storage unit with these guys, all in my name and paid for by me and somehow the storage unit ended up in someone else's name without my consent or even being contacted about it. In the middle of a move, I turned up to put belongings into the unit one afternoon and had no access and with no one on site, couldn't gain access, after travelling 2.5 hours.

The lady’s were so lovely and super helpful, called a bunch of other storage facilities but all were full. This facility had the best service. Super impressed they really looked after me. Would recommend this place!!

Absolutely brilliant.
Staff are awesome. Prices are competitive, absolutely worth the little extra over dumps.
Thought they would be too expensive and uninterested like the rest I'd called.
They took time, chatted, helped with everything, more than I knew was available.
Definitely recommended 100%

I have used Storage King Coomera on numerous occasions to store my house contents between moves and I have always found Leanne and Jordan to be friendly and helpful and they will go above and beyond to help make moving in/out less stressful, which is rare in today's society. The premise is always clean and secure. If you are in need of short or long term storage, I can highly recommend Storage King Coomera, very helpful and flexible which is appreciated. I am also confident that Leanne and Jordan will pass their excellent customer service skills onto Monique as well. Well done and thank you.

The reviews on Storage King at Coomera really tell you all you need to know - five stars across the board and I'm happy to add another. The facilities are clean and secure and the staff bend over backwards to accommodate. Not only have they helped us with storage needs, the several times I've been in the office Ive seen them avert crisis after crisis with can do, no stress, and a smile. They show the sort of service that many places have forgotten how to deliver. Well done Jordan and Leanne!

Fabulous experience. We only needed a unit for a couple of weeks and were delighted to discover short term rentals with no contract were available from 1 week. The facility is spotlessly clean and has excellent security. The ladies who work there, Jordan and Leanne(?) couldn't have been more helpful, they even let us borrow their vacuum cleaner to deflate our vacuum storage bags. Nothing was too much trouble. We have used many storage facilities over the years and this is by far and away the nicest, cleanest and most secure one we have ever used.

A very modern 3-Floor storage facility, conveniently located in a safe location at Coomera. Friendly staff: Leanne and Jordan were incredible! They will go the extra mile to meet the storage needs of clients. Excellent communication from beginning to the end. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for short term or long term storage.

Storage king Coomera were so accommodating, friendly and provided excellent customer service.
The facility is also spotless and clean.
Can't thank the girls (Jordan and Leeanne) enough for putting up with our late truck returns and carry on ? sorry again guys!!
