I can’t recommend Storage King Upper Coomera enough. The facilities are immaculate, secure and thoughtfully designed. Every detail shows they genuinely care about their customers’ belongings. My partner recently had to rent a storage unit and Leanne, such a lovely lady, made the entire process effortless and stress free. She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional with exceptional customer service skills. Her friendly and approachable manner made what could have been a stressful experience completely smooth. Leanne’s dedication and expertise truly set this facility apart. Her bosses should absolutely commend her. Keep up the great work Leanne.

Leanne at the Upper Coomera location was very helpful, easy and practical to deal with. The facilities were clean, well lit and the lifts and trolleys worked. It was a little more expensive than other places but the price included a special offer for a hire van to move my items. Would highly recommend using them.

The facilities at Storage King Coomera are flawless - clean, spacious, and easy to navigate. From a physical storage standpoint, it’s a 10/10 experience.
That said, the pricing trajectory over the past four years has been extremely disappointing. It’s hard to ignore the sense of corporate greed at play, with rate increases that feel more opportunistic than justified. Like many large-scale businesses, it seems the head office is leaning into economic conditions to extract as much as possible from loyal customers.
The silver lining: the customer service at Coomera is truly world-class. Regardless of whether you’re dealing with the team in person, over the phone, or via email, the experience is consistently warm, professional, and human. The staff here are the reason this location earns five stars - not the pricing, not the policies, but the people.
To the team on the ground: thank you. Your service, conversations, and genuine care haven’t gone unnoticed. You are the heart of this business and more valuable to the Storage King brand than they likely realise.
