I definitely will use Storage King again. If the need arrives. From the phone calls to the office, everyone was so accommodating and it didnt take long before I secured a container. Many, many thanks guys.

The Staff at Crestmead have been amazing from my first desperate phone call to booking and then obtaining storage, they were happy, friendly, helpful, and informative during one of the most stressful times in my life so far. I am ever so thankful for all of their assistance during this time.

This is now the second month I've reviewed overdue text messages from this facility. Pretty poor considering I've paid every invoice a few days in advance. When I spoke to the store manager he said "It's just a text message". It's rude and offensive.
Will be looking elsewhere to store my belongings, perhaps one that appreciates payment in advance.

Great experience. I Would recommend to anyone. Be sure of the size you need, and not want. We were originally going to use a space MUCH larger than what we needed and therefore settled on a smaller size and realised it is quite big.

Called to get an idea of how much per month it will cost to rent a locker. I mentioned I was looking at approximately 3x4.
John who took my call was very reluctant to give me a quote. He asked details of where I live, my phone number and what I need to store which I find pretty irrelevant it's not their business what I put in the shed.
I was then told pretty bluntly that I was making it difficult for him. Then he got really short and said am I going to rent the shed today or not.
Sorry mate but I don't know whats so difficult about giving me a price for a 4x3 locker per month. Then maybe using your sales skills and common sense and give me a price for 1 size smaller and 1 size larger.
I called 2 other places in my local area and they were both very friendly, helpful and gave me quote all in less time that I was made to feel like an idiot for on the phone with John. Maybe John is the difficult one?
