Friendly professional staff. Very clean facility. Very easy to sign up and get started. Access is great with the ability to load / unload inside the premises. The entire experience was stress free.

The place is fairly good.
Unfortunately, it spoiled the lovely experience when they charged $42 for a so-called late checkout (less than 2 hours from close of business and well before 9 pm when the centre closed) even though we spoke with staff prior and were told worst case scenario it would be approximately $8 per DAY and they are flexible, however, it’s not the same.
“Be aware of such commitments”
Hopefully, they can fix such issues to make it fairer and more reasonable for the customer.

Such an amazing experience!! I was experiencing some of the worst times I and my family have ever been through and Matt at storage king was just above and beyond.
Matt ensured I felt safe, heard and respected. Spent time to ensure I had to correct price. Very very understanding. Highly highly recommend!!

Everyone I dealt with at storage king Dandenong was exceptional!
From the person that took a booking over the phone to the staff on -site, they treated me with a very high level of customer service that I rarely see or receive much of these days.
There prices were great but even if they were more expensive than competitors I’d come back purely for the service and respect they have for their customers.
Graeme the manager in particular made them a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely appalling.... went with my mother in law only to find they have renovated and cut her lock off, moved all her belongings out of the unit and been thrown back in damaging many items!
They didn't even put a replacement lock on...
Beyond a joke, expect legal action to be taken!
