Storage King bridged the gap between selling our home, transferring interstate, storing our effects until moving into our new home two weeks later. They made a highly stressful process "doable" with their competence and quiet confidence and allowed us time to pause, slow down, and breathe! I can’t recommend Kings Storage in Dromana enough! Mike and George were not only incredibly polite and understanding of my situation, but they also went above and beyond to help me out. They offered great advice on which storage boxes to use and how to best protect my precious items. Their guidance made the whole process so much easier.
What really stood out was how genuinely friendly and down-to-earth they were. We chatted, laughed, and shared stories—by the end of it, I felt like I’d made two new friends. It’s not often you come across people who are both professional and such a pleasure to deal with.

After having an extremely difficult time finding storage as basically everywhere was booked out and I was for lack of a better word, desperate. I came across Storage King Dromana where they had one last unit available. As it was a little bigger than I initially needed, was a bit over my budget and because I was struggling…Mike the Store Manager negotiated and looked after me well in the sticky situation I was in.
When everything was reserved and I was ready to move in I was greeted warmly and Mike was very inviting, helpful and friendly at the site and was very easy and enjoyable to talk to. Such a carefree and “don’t take life too seriously” vibe. Definitely something we could all resonate with.
I reccommend these guys highly because of the great morale and customer service as you don’t come across this very often especially in todays trying times.
It’s great how far a little kindness can go and Michael and Storage King definitely ticked that box.
They will look after you for all your storage needs…IF there is something available that is, if not they will do their best to help even if it is out of their control at the time.
