Super impressed with the service. Moving house during lockdown which is a logistical nightmare. Tried ordering boxes and moving materials from Bunnings...8 DAYS at least to click and collect.
Storage King I ordered online and the order was ready to pickup in ONE HOUR. Competitive prices as well

Great service and staff - highly recommend! Never had to use a storage facility before so was feeling a bit lost. Was moving overseas for 1 year so needed a place to keep my belongings. Storage King Eastgardens were super helpful and offered a good rate - staff were friendly, the online information on how to pack really great, they recommended a removalist who was really helpful dismantling furniture and getting things into storage. The facility has all the packing things you didn't realise you required eg. tape, covers for mattress, different boxes, padlocks, permanent markers.
If you're not sure who to use, what you need or how to go about things - give them a call!

I'd like to commend the store on professionalism and kindness you may see a bad review on here a week ago by a fellow named sean . He stored my things at this store in his locker. One day after parting ways he threw my things in the corridors and notified me 5 minutes before close of business risking the security of expensive items and tools.
The team at eastgardens swung into action as I couldn't get there they secured my belongings and insured my piece of mind until I could arrive the next day at no cost and in the emergency of me having to find storrage in a hurry applied a very kind discount when enlisting there services the next day.
Having personally dealt with the person who gave the bad review . It is most likely lies and down to the fact he doesn't pay his invoices and throws tantrums when found to be at fault.
Good on you buddy that's gold why should good people pay the price of your bad manor!

Experts and security and great insurance might not be the cheapest, but I wasn't after a cheap, leaking or filthy storage unit. If it's worth storing, it's worth paying for an established and experienced crew who know everything about storage and make it simple for you. They also deliver all your packaging for free. Grossly overpricing. Storage rates would consistently go up in price after a few months for no absolutely reason. Leaving and going to another competitor and literally paying less than half the price for the exact same space!
Ridiculous. Not felt looked after as a customer.

Exceptional service provided by all staff members. Storage King Eastgardens are very easy to deal with, the manager Paul was very accommodating and the staff members did all they could to assist. We highly recommend their services to all.

I bought a tv box based on the size shown on the website and called to confirm the size for my tv. I had a friend pickup the box. When the box was made up, the tv didn't fit and the measurements were a lot smaller than advertised/told to me. As it turns out the measurements were for flat pack (hmmm, not so smart) Called and spoke with the manager and he had someone send the larger size to my home at no cost. Hopefully they update the website and do a bit of staff training but i was most impressed with how this was resolved and they deserve 5 stars for customer service.

I highly recommend this facility to all requiring efficient cost-effective short term storage facilities.
At all times the on-site Staff were friendly and helpful - they are an asset to the Owners of the company.
The area is clean and well maintained and feels a safe environment at any time of day.

In our first month of storage- weren't notified of when payment was due when setting up the account- not explained that we would be denied entry if payment was overdue. Very un happy that this was not explained.
