I am extremely happy with the professional service I received at Storage King, Joondalup. The staff are courteous and helpful. I've never used storage before. They made the whole process easy and painless! Every question answered fully. Nothing was too much trouble. The setup is 100% secure. I would recommend them for all storage. Short or long term.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will not hesitate to auction your goods no matter what you have on site as soon as you miss a payment. I had my dead parents and all my remaining childhood items in a unit and they did not care about selling them off immediately when I missed my payment. I explained my situation in great detail and asked for some flexibility and basic compassion. They just kept mentioning the agreement and basically “bad luck”. They are robots who have zero feelings and quite simply it’s all and only financial. Period.

Despite our best efforts to accommodate you, we could not store your items indefinitely without payment. my name is mel and all i'm going to say is thank god you got nicola she is storage king joondalup with out her there would be no store king joondalup and to the manager of storage king joonalup i got my letter in the end i stood my ground to say i'm no longer a customer of storage king big thank you you may laugh but listen to even justified complanits they need to be retified like no, no we don't give a letter to a customer to say they closed there accont i got it this review shoud'nt be happening

Storage ain't what it used to be. I was surprised by how clean, modern and well equipped Storage King in Joondalup is. The facility itself is multi storey, with secure access and drive direct into the warehouse where there are waiting trolleys that you can use to load and unload your things. Even better was the service. Scott and Nichola looked after me well, addressing all my questions and ensuring that my storage experience was smooth and efficient. They were always quick on email and made it a pleasant experience. Highly recommend and will use these guys again next time I have storage needs.

They are the best , From start to finish they made the moving process a very good , and easy experience , so helpful , so accommodating, After the worse move by the removalists I have ever experienced, Scott and the girls , came to my rescue , to Scott helping me repack my storage unit , to the girls helping me with a shoulder to cry on , a nice drink , and a lot of reassurance , I will always be grateful to the storage king team , and what a team they are xx

Prices have increased by almost 20% in a single year. The unit I got has two doors, of which only one works. Ventilation isn't great (according to the mold I've been fighting). Im looking for an alternative, I suggest you do the same.

I'm very pleased with the customer service I received from Natalie at Joondalup storage king she made sure that both my daughter and I were in the correct size storage unit and went out of her way to help us. She rescued me when I forgot my code to my lock and made sure I had everything I needed to securely store my daughter and my belongings. Very grateful to her. Thank you
