The staff are always helpful, the facility is excellent, easy to access. After a long stint storing stuff while back and forth from overseas, I'm very happy and would use the service again.

Extremely helpful. We used one of the largest storage units on the bottom floor, easy access, staff very helpful and I felt very secure that my precious items were well looked after. Thank you again and I would definitely recommend Storage King to anyone who would like a clean, well kept and secure storage facility

this place is huge! it has three floors with all different sizes of storage units. the guy in the office is super friendly and efficient. it is really secure as well as you have to use a code to get in. i even had a package delivered there. would recommend to anyone.

Brittany at Storage King went out of her way to help me find the best storage unit, at the best price, all in a very tight time frame. She helped with everything from suggesting a Removalist, to getting the right boxes and making my move as seamless as possible. Their customer service was a 10/10 and I can't recommend them highly enough. And the new facility is very impressive! Thanks guys!

1) Excellent service - Staff who are willing to treat its customers with genuine 'ole time service' and respect
2) very clean units
3) reasonable rates
4) a store to purchase all your removal items you may need
5) free use of trollies

Unbelievably fantastic service from manager Jeff and the team at Storage King Joondalup. I've never used a storage unit before and the support and options presented were greatly appreciated and I was able to find a solution to meet my needs. I can't rave enough about how wonderful the customer service was and the facility itself is great!
