Friendly service, easy choice picking boxes (and with the help of the staff, my decision was better). The parking is alright, though clearer signage would be ace, since I drove into the driveway before this place lmao. Also I asked to use the bathroom here, and the bathroom is very gross. Its just unclean and makes me anxious haha

I have used this facility twice. Both times I have been extremely happy with the service and Alex made my recent departure seemless as I was in another state and couldn't make it to organise removal of my goods. I highly recommend Hills Self Stoarage Blacktown.

I would recommend Hills Self Storage Blacktown. (Also had dealings with Castle Hill and Rouse Hill for the hire of their truck.)
All the staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful at all times. Well done.

Used the facility to store some items in between moving house for 2 and a bit months. Excellent service and a great facility. Easy to use, access and very happy with the whole experience overall. Alex is very friendly, professional and helpful and a great ambassador for the Hills Self storage business. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using their services again

YOU GET LOOKED AFTER... SIMPLE AS THAT. I MOVED OUT TO COOGEE BUT IF I NEED STORAGE ID ALWAYS USE THESE GUYS.
OH AND THE PREMISES AND UNITS ARE SPOTLESS . FULLY SECURE WITH CCTV. EVERYTHING COVERED TO GIVE YOU PIECE OF MIND.

I have been using Hills Self Storage for almost 12 months now and am completely happy with the service provided. The whole complex is neat and tidy with video surveillance and full keypad and alarmed security so I have complete confidence in storing my personal belongings there. The staff are always friendly & willing to help.
I highly recommend Hills self storage to anyone wanting peace of mind in knowing that your personal belongings are being stored securely and safely.
