This place is great, I was having a bad day a few weeks ago and suffer severe anxiety. The women who worked behind the counter were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable and let me browse until i was ready also providing me information on box sizes and what types different boxes I can use for different things they made my experience so much more easy for me. Thank you ladies!

The lady that took the booking was so wonderful to talk with , but once we arrived at the at the storage unit’s and slope with someone else everything went downhill… No I would not recommend Storage King , to anyone .
They seem to one rude for some and a different rule for others

Cannot recommend Storage King Kingston highly enough, Donna is always ready to lend a helping hand and is always flexible around my businesses storage requirements. If you’re after self storage, Storage King Kingston is the way to go.

Storage King really needs to take a hint. Not only have I been spammed non stop from the Beenleigh Facility, I've been getting spammed from the Kingston facility too. I have already blocked 4 or 5 numbers to do with storage king along with several emails. Next step will be sending both sites a cease and desist letter if it continues.

Donna was so amazing and helpful when we came in to hire storage hire. Even helped us with using the truck for free to move all our belongings.
This is the 3rd time using Storage king in the past 12 years.
