The office seems understaffed but maybe it works for the location? Not sure. Weekday midday or late morning might be the best time to contact the office (in-person or over the phone). Besides that it’s a standard Storage King with one goods lift.

Very Friendly , Helpful & Efficient Service Provided, but needed to Return an Item & that was a bit of a Nightmare , as the System isn’t User Friendly & wouldn’t Refund to my Credit Card , so had to Quote my Bank Account Details instead. Very disappointing that part of the Transaction.

On the 29th July I had paid for a storage unit at Storage King Macquarie Park however they forgot to remove the padlock and I was unable to move my belongings to Storage King that evening before flying out the next day start a new job overseas.
Having realised the mistake the next day, store manager Monique Dalby offered a full month credit as well as offered a removalist to help bring my belongings to Storage King while I am still overseas.
I would like to mention Monique's fast response and prompt action to help resolve the situation and to fix the problem quickly.
I highly recommend her excellent customer service and service recovery as well as the fantastic promotions and services offered by Storage King in general.
