A huge thank you to Fred from customer service, he was very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. All information was easy to understand as this was my first time renting a storage lot. The price monthly for a car and furniture space was reasonable and perfect for my situation. I highly recommend Storage King. Great service :)

Great business, Peter is courteous and helpful. Can't say the same for storage king HQ call center staff. Fred misled me on storage pricing and tried to gaslight me saying he heard our conversation audio and I had misunderstood. MQ park manager heard audio and agrees he misled me and awful customer service. Asked to speak to area manager and have yet to hear back. Even though I didn't end up storing my things (due to misquoted price) Peter was honest with me and a good bloke. Would have loved to have stored my things at MQ park if not for awful call center that can't take responsibility.
TL;DR staff at MQ park = AMAZING

I gived my stuff to king storage for 6 months. I would like to thank Peter and Vaska for their patience and for doing me a favour when the removalist came to collect my stuff from my storage and sent it to me in Perth
Very friendly staff. I would recommend this place 100%

Excellent service from Michael and Joanne! On the day of moving in Joanne gave me a tour of the facilities and a safety briefing. I was shown a more cost-effective storage unit that suited my needs better and was cheaper. Trolleys available, the facility is very clean and tidy. Highly recommended!!!

Daniel was incredibly helpful! He sorted me out with a suitable unit at affordable prices. It was a very easy process. The facility is clean, new and safe. There is access to the use of trolleys for convenience. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend to anyone needing storage space !!

After making the journey on foot from north ryde station in the blazing afternoon heat, let me say, walking into the air con chilled office was a God send.
I figured my luck was up with that, until Daniel greeted me and asked how he could be of help.
After a brief run down of what I was requiring for personal storage needs, he had no hesitation in spending time with after the close of business hours to take me through the various options available.
Within 10 mins ... I was sold. Great space at great introductory price.
Just what I was after.
