On the 29th July I had paid for a storage unit at Storage King Macquarie Park however they forgot to remove the padlock and I was unable to move my belongings to Storage King that evening before flying out the next day start a new job overseas.
Having realised the mistake the next day, store manager Monique Dalby offered a full month credit as well as offered a removalist to help bring my belongings to Storage King while I am still overseas.
I would like to mention Monique's fast response and prompt action to help resolve the situation and to fix the problem quickly.
I highly recommend her excellent customer service and service recovery as well as the fantastic promotions and services offered by Storage King in general.

All the staff have been very helpful in finding the best solution for our storage. We had to move almost our entire 5 bedroom house into storage.
They gave us the best possible options and were very accommodating when we had to get extra lockers. They tried to get them all close together to make it easier for the removalists.
They also gave us and the removalists water bottles as we were there for hours unpacking into the storage units.
I highly recommend Storage King!
