Excellent Customer service and the most friendliest and helpful staff. The premises are very clean and in a great location in Marsden Park. Great discounts on storage boxes for customers. Very easy access and access times. Highly Recommended. Lifts and trolleys to help with moving your gear in and out of storage.

As a first time client to have a storage unit. I would highly recommend Storage King Marsden Park, a five star rating is well deserved. Not only is the location convenient and the facility’s great conditions but the staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Peter definitely knows his stuff, he was able to answer all my questions and was also able to match a unit to my needs and within my budget. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great experience over the last 6 months, super convenient. Peter has been super helpful. Just one thing i suggest, access into storage should not be limited up to 10pm, it should be anytime come and go.

We moved interstate from QLD, and from the first contact of obtaining a quote to now being with them for nearly a year, the service was exceptional! They are not only informative about anything new, they always go over and beyond, especially Peter. Peter has been very accommodating and always goes over and beyond. About 3 months ago we received a competitive price from another company and were thinking of moving. Upon calling and advising Peter, he not only matched the price, but allowed us to continue that rate for 3 months (till our exit time). I would highly recommend Storage King Marsden Park. The team are just awesome! Thanks again Peter!

Having recently moved an existing storage unit from another site I was familiar with Storage King in general being a long term customer elsewhere. I contacted the Marsden Park site and was immediately impressed with their Store Manager Peter. He was friendly, informative, answered all my questions and all with a smile. Showed me around, nothing was too much trouble.
Absolute superb customer Service.
I found the facilities top rate, clean and tidy. Competitively priced. Even the gardens were Well kept (seen Peter attending to this as well).
Would thoroughly recommend Marsden Park site to anyone.

Amazing facility and service. Peter has been fantastic!! Very friendly and helpful. He informs me immediately when deliveries have arrived and helps out anyway he can. Storage King Marsden park is in a great location and easily accessible travelling both ways on Richmond road. I would highly recommend using this facility.

Extremely happy with my experience at Storage King Marsden Park.
Peter has looked after me extremely well, no problems helping me out and reassuring me with any of the finer details of the agreement - and making sure I was left with nothing but confidence in my decision to take up business with Storage King Marsden Park. Very accessible facility, great location and extremely well maintained. Peter also goes above and beyond and makes sure that a customer is fully satisfied with any interaction. I wish I could give this place more than 5/5 stars.

Super helpful the manager Peter was able to help with all my questions and give quick and helpful advice, haven’t meet a friendlier manager and wasn’t in a rush which made the experience for a first time storage user less stressful

From the first enquiry they had been very helpful. Even showing us the benefits of having a unit upstairs. To me, most storage places are the same. Security, access, facilities are all comparable. I chose Marsden Park due to its convenient location. STORAGE KINGS point of difference is PETER JONES. Peter is an old school customer service professional. Friendly, amiable and always up for a chat.

We have signed up recently to hire a storage at Storage King Marsden Park due to Peter’s amazing customer skills. He was easy to deal with always happy to accommodate our request - and with a smile big smile. He provided us with all the relevant details and answers all our concerns. He was also quick to forward the paperworks and other information as requested. We like the place, it’s clean, secure and accessible. Plus it’s close a chocolate factory if you need your energy up. Location is great, easy access, always clean and service from Peter is fantastic!
Peter's customer service skills are outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find the right shed to suit my needs. He is very friendly, easy to talk and always willing to help.
I use my shed frequently so having someone as nice as Peter onsite is a massive bonus. Peter always keeps me updated when I get deliveries and always greets me with a smile.
I would highly recommend using Storage King Marsden Park and if you do, make sure you talk to Peter!
