My mother initially used SK/Mitcham in between moving houses. While helping her, I found Kev and Alex to be understanding and very helpful. This led me to also use their site to store my goods. Great work gents!

I hired a 3x3 room at Mitcham Storage King. It was linked to a special where the first month was for free. Original cost was $260 pm. After 6 months they increased it $290 pm and now again they have increased it to $330pm. A total of $80 pm increase within 12 months.
It’s absolutely disgusting that they think that this is acceptable. It’s deceiving and criminal for anyone to trade like this.
Stay away from these deceiving crooks.

I was so impressed with the consistent service that was provided by Kevin and his Team. It was a great experience and having a short term storage solution available so quickly when downsized into a smaller house was a massive weight lifted off my shoulders. Thank you again!

We had a very good experience with our visits to our storage units yesterday and today at Mitcham. We needed to access our units but had lost our keys, and Damian managed to get the locks cut with bolt cutters, although it took immense effort as the locks were very big and thick. Thank you very much Jason for your help yesterday, and a very big thank you to Damian today for the strong effort with getting the locks cut. It would be great if there were an angle grinder available - it would have made their lives so much easier, as it took about 1/2 hour of considerable effort to get them cut. Great service, and we are very happy with the support from both Jason and Damian. Thank you very much!

Team at Mitcham always go above and beyond and are super helpful
While the access hours are a bit restrictive, honestly who needs to get access to their stuff at 3am? And who wants to store their stuff in a place that lets people in at that time?
We were customers for almost 6 years and would recommend the team at Mitcham to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at Storage King in Mitcham. Maria is one of the loveliest people you could meet. She was so accommodating and helpful and made a stressful moving day a little more bearable! She even stayed back late after closing time so we could finish loading everything in the storage rooms.
