Not sure about the “five-star customer service” as advertised on their website.
I have sent numerous emails to sort out my account as the numbers didn’t add up, no response. After several calls, I was told I would get a call back, nothing. So I thought I would just go in person and ask the office manager. She said she would look into it and would have an answer for me on my way out of the facility. She was nowhere to be found when I went back and the door was locked.
Almost 4 months later, I’m still trying to get the issue rectified. It can’t be that hard!!

Very clean, easy to get set up and use. The trolleys made it so easy to move our stuff. Great hours also handy. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend.
