Stefan was so accommodating and really nice in showing us the options for storage. We had some unforeseen circumstances and he assisted us all the way very promptly and very kindly. Could give 10 stars for customer service!

Couldn’t be happier with the staff & facilities. For what ever reason you require temporary storage it can be a very emotional & exhausting time . They were very helpful & at times made me laugh ☺️

Very happy with the service that Stefan and his team provided from start when we moved belongings in, until 2 1/2 years later when removalists picked up and bought to Sydney. As we weren't able to be down there Stefan made sure that our belongings were handled with care.

Staff are AMAZING! Only thing I could whinge about is those that take up entire alley. Think of others and stick to one side so others can access their storage area.
