Laura and Emily provided amazing support and found solutions to our storage needs. They were so helpful and really went above and beyond to help us out with the secure storage of our belongings, while we downsized. They made it so easy. We would have been no where without their help!

Dear Eric, thank you for the valuable feedback. While we would like to have our site offices open longer hours, we are equally motivated in keeping storage fees to a reasonable level. As we try to strike a balance, we regret that some customers may need our office services outside normal hours. Our after hours contact centre is available from 8am till 8pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year to help with this.

From the first phone call enquiry to storing our surplus items Storage King North Wollongong were excellent. They found the right size storage, they fit in with my timing and they dealt with my delivery and numerous enquiries before and after in a professional, no nonsense and friendly manner.
