Customer service was outstanding. Donna and Kirsty were simply amazing and go above and beyond. Due to us moving we gave up the storage unit and the process was simple and straightforward, no messing . Will definitely just call back in to say hello to the ladies !!! Would definitely recommend if you’re in need of a storage unit !

Storage King Perth Airport is honestly one of the most professionally run storage facilities I've come across. The site was spotless, with wide access lanes, secure 24/7 gate entry, and clearly well maintained. The location is really convenient -- right near the airport and major roads -- which made access easy at all hours.
But what really stood out was the service. Donna and the office team were friendly, responsive, and showed genuine care. We were dealing with a pretty tough personal situation, and they handled it with patience and understanding you rarely see in a business setting.
If you want a place that's secure, well-managed, and still human -- this is it.

I have been using Storage King Perth Airport for many years. I am currently using two units (1 large unit and 1 small unit) because my home does not have a storage.
It’s very clean and convenient to use when travelling as it’s in close distance to airport. It’s also very secure. I saw pilots and flight attendants use the storage units as well. Ben, the King Storage Manager, has provided outstanding and professional client service. Ben’s coffee ☕️ is of highest quality better than barista coffee. The King Storage is the largest storage company.
I would highly recommend King Storage.👍👍👍

I have transferred from National Storage to Storage King in 2022 October and am still with them. It works well with my lifestyle at the moment. Bec and Ben have shown me great customer service and even became friends during this time that I highly appreciate and recommend Storage King. I had to go to Melbourne for business and needed a storage. Did not look anywhere else but Storage King. They are doing a great job and gained me as a loyal customer!

Been at this facility now for 5 years.. great location walking distance (less than 10min) to Airport (Domestic,) a secure facility and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The latter has turned around since Bec & Ben arrived. The only thing that would be better is a keypad system to enter/exit the facility. But you can’t have it all!
