Excellent service in every regard, family needed to organise a storage solution urgently for their ill elderly father, all family members were based out of Christchurch and unable to be on site, the staff at Storage King were unfailingly helpful, supportive, patient practical, and professional throughout. Nothing was a problem and the entire process went extremely smoothly. We can't thank them enough, they made a difficult situation so much easier, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Thank you to the staff at Robina Storage King for your wonderful customer service and assistance. Your complimentary moving truck and ample trolleys for transferring boxes and furniture made everything so easy and the storage rooms are lovely and clean. I feel my belongings are in a safe space with coded entry which gives me peace of mind. I would recommend Storage King to anyone looking for secure storage and friendly helpful staff.

I would like to commend the team at Storage King especially Kelly and Lachlan. My partner and I have never had to use storage before and already being stressed with all we had to do before our move, the guys at Storage King just made the whole process so easy and painless. It’s a great facility and we have also used the moving service which was great. Only negative is that you can’t access on public holidays and weekday hours could be later and weekend hours could be earlier. A lot of people only have time on public holidays and weekends to access what they need and it just defeats the purpose for me.

Super helpful the manager Peter was able to help with all my questions and give quick and helpful advice, haven’t meet a friendlier manager and wasn’t in a rush which made the experience for a first time storage user less stressful
Was more then helpful and explain how everything operated
I have since recommended to friends and family
