utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

Denise deserves more than 5 stars!
I recently lost one of my sisters and live with disability. I rang around to some local ones but decided on storage king Preston’s as I was blown away by their customer service.
From the onset the staff were very understanding and conscious of my disabilities. They were more than willing to work with me and provide the appropriate accomodations. They were also a pleasure to speak to and I felt that I was really being looked after.
I originally spoke to lady called Ashleigh who was fantastic. I never felt pressured to start a rental agreement with them and felt that I could ask any questions and be told the truth.
I have now been dealing with the manager, Denise. She is very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease. She took her time showing me the facility and how to access the roller doors, elevator and my unit. I now feel confident accessing the facility by myself. I first met her with a support person. I have experienced people talking over me and to the support person instead of me but Denise never did this, she directed the conversation to me.
Denise went above and beyond to meet my needs, both those that I have requested and ones that I haven’t thought to ask. The service I have received blew my expectations away.

What a smooth and stress free process it was at storage King Prestons. I called and spoke to head office originally who were helpful but I was highly impressed by receiving a call by Garry the store manager from Prestons to assist me with honest advice. But what was even more amazing was when I received a call from Denise a week later checking in. She was absolutely amazing from her warm friendly tone and professionalism to her going out of her way to take videos of the storage spaces as she knew I wasn’t able to make it there right away, to help me make an informed decision about what unit would be best. I’ve never rented a storage unit before and the first enquiry I made was to Storage King on the 13th, I left a deposit today the 25th, this is no doubt thanks to Denise who made my decision easy!

I've given 2 stars due to the lady in the service centre trying to help me otherwise I would give 0 stars. To have the manager of one of their locations assume that I don't have money to pay for storage after the first month was horrible. Despite my situation I work/study and am a mother.
I never said I couldn't pay nor did I give any reason to suggest I couldn't. I have a great storage history with kennards storage.
I wanted assistance with storage and for your company to assist in getting quotes for packing and removal. To be told seek assistance because we have had clients previously who have done that and others who can't pay after the first month.
I have my receipts thank you from previous storage and bookings. I find it shameful for your store manager to assume that I can't pay.
I deserve an apology and you should rethink about how you treat people. You asked what my situation was I explained a little not in detail and you turn around and day those things. You didn't ask if I worked or anything not that that is any of your business.

I don't know where to start.
You know when you want to move your things in a storage but you don't have any previous experience and you don't know how things work? It gets annoying and overwhelming sometimes.
Well, Gary made life way easier than I could ever imagine. He went above and beyond to make sure that I'm doing the right thing. He provided all the required information and more. He explained everything in terms of policy, process, Ts&Cs, etc...
I really had a pleasant experience with storage king in Prestons thanks to Gary.
Besides, All facilities are good, clean, secured, organised, well maintained, plenty of different sizes of storages and the prices are very reasonable. You really get your money worth and value for money.

The help from staff. Checking in was easy. All the staff talk to each other, it seems everyone who works there knew who I was and what I was doing so I didn't have to go back to the start when I spoke to someone else.
