Amazing experience dealing with Storage King Prestons. Massive shoutout to Denise who has been absolutely amazing to deal with! She kept us informed through the whole process and amenities available. Have not come across such great customer service in such a long time.
Premises is completely secure and there round the clock CCTV.

I recently visited Storage King in Prestons and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the incredible assistance provided by Mohammad. From the moment I arrived, Mohammad's professionalism and knowledge were evident. He took the time to understand my storage needs and offered valuable suggestions to make the process smooth. His friendly attitude and positive energy created a welcoming environment. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. I highly recommend Storage King in Prestons, thanks to Mohammad's exceptional service.

What a breath of fresh air to walk into a business were your staff are not only extremely helpful but also delightful to talk to. The interaction with Mohammed and Denise was great! Customers on point! The premises was very clean and not rundown as I’ve seen at other sites. Well done storage king!

So happy with the top quality service Gary provides here. The facilities are new and the customer service is top quality. Communication was a breeze, they were helpful with all my questions, they allowed me to move in and out remotely and even sent me updates when the removalists arrived to pick up my things.

Denise & her girls, as well as the store manager Gary, are an absolute pleasure to have done business with!
They are an extraordinary team that is well knowledgeable, respectful and most of all helpful in all areas of their respected organisation!
I wanted to say just how easy it was to find everything that we needed to get the move done and stored of course.
They also recommend a fantastic moving crew which made it that much easier to move or belongings!

Was moving from QLD to Sydney and while looking for a rental found these guys for temporary storage of my gear. The facility is brand new with a large elevator to the upper levels. Trolley jacks, carts and pallets supplied for moving things in and out as well as a single use of their long wheel base, high roof van. The staff were absolutely brilliant helping sort out my storage over the phone while in Queensland and just as friendly and helpful when I moved out. Would highly recommend this facility for your storage.

The entire team was great to work with, very professional and great to deal with especially when I purchased some bike boxes and could not fit in the car, the team went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get these boxes.
