Very poor customer service!!
I needed to move out and I was running 1 minutes late to the unit. I called and spoke with the head office. And was told to go try your luck! You might be able to get in. Went there and it was a no go!!
I called and asked if there was anything they could do as it started raining and had 3 cars full of furniture. And was told to wait for a phone call. Waited 50min for no response!
I was willing to pay extra!!
Spoke with head office, they told me that I should be getting my money back!
I ended up calling Rowville storage king to get my money back. They immediately said no! Mind you I haven’t stepped one foot into the unit!!
Also there expensive!!
Not recommended!!
Wilson Storage!! Call them instead! There helpful and no hidden costs!!

Storage King Rowville made moving my furniture into storage so much easier! They are pleasant to deal with and always happy to answer my questions. The units are easy to access, clean and alarmed so I know my stuff will be safe. I really appreciate the trolleys the supply to help making moving into the unit seamless. I highly recommend Storage King Rowville

Everything about my experience with Storage King was very positive except for one crucial aspect which made my life miserable. I took a 18 sq m space and was told it was 3 x 6 meters. In some senses this is true and in others not. If you think it means you can fit a 3 x 6 x 2 meter rectangle in the space you would be very wrong. Internal beams reduce the capacity significantly. I was trying to store 1.2 meter wide pallets in there and assumed I could easily get two across and did my maths based on that. I could not at the places where beams were present and this meant I could not fit the 14 pallets in that I had planed on. I had to open the pallets and stack the contents on top of the others manually. Two and a half weeks prior I had spent a week in hospital with back issues. This was not what I wanted to happen. :-( Beware of the beams. Don't let them make you cross. ;-)
