Sue and Kylie at Storage King Springwood have been absolutely amazing. They have been very flexible and understanding during my process of moving from Victoria to Queensland and while things were up in the air awaiting my entry permit they followed up with me regularly and accommodated my situation with patience. They really made the whole process as stress-free as possible and made storage one less thing to worry about. Thank you so much to Sue and Kylie! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent friendky service. Very easy to arrange month to month storage. Just one hassle was lift access to upper floors was delayed on the day of move due to others needing to use lift at same time. This meant additional cost for Removalists on the day.

Springwood Store Manager Nick has exceptional customer service! With all that's going on right now in the world, I cannot praise him enough for his dedication, and attitude towards assisting us and our move.
Good location just off the freeway. Facility is great with easy access and also very accommodating. The goods lifts make life a little easier too. Thank you Nick. Wish I could give more than 5 stars mate.

Storage access 6am-8pm 7 days a week so ignore the office hours they have as opening hours. I work in the Film and Television industry and find this facility particularly convenient for storing equipment as it is a central point between Village Roadshow Studios next to MovieWoeld, our HOODLUM and Screen Queensland Studios in Brisbane and my weekend job at Woolworths Distribution Centre Larapinta.

Great location, easy to access, Storage King Springwood is everything you would want in a Storage Facility. The Office staff are fantastic and very helpful. This is the first time I have ever had to use a storage facility and the girl in the office was so helpful and friendly. She gave me a good deal on the 1st floor. She even offered me the use of their delivery truck for free. Good Service, Reliable and Clean. I would recommend them to everyone (and I have done) great work guys.:)

When our business kicked off, we needed a flexible storage solution that works for while were not not on site, especially for despatching and receiving goods. Some of out stock lines are large and heavy items so the forklift there has been very helpful to make this processes easy and efficient.
Storage King Springwood has provided the perfect solution and the staff there have really helped to make this happen smoothly. Having large fluctuations in stock levels we have also enjoyed the flexibility of being able to use more space or less space as our needs change and without having to relocate our warehouse. We also didn't realise that this storage complex is considered a very secure, low risk situation by our insurance company with our annual premium for stock cover reduced by around 30%.
For our company, Storage King Springwood delivers a warehousing solution perfect for a growing businesses with variable needs, in fact the excellent service and facilities there has delayed our business moving into its own warehouse/office premises.The only request I would ask for, is earlier opening and later closing hours.
Steph at Storage King Springwood is very much in touch with our needs and we have received very professional and helpful service from her, thanks Steph.

Storage king springwood is a great location southside of brisbane to store your excess belongings. They have a large inclosed building with different sized individual units within it - offering extra protection from our harsh elements here in brisbane. Also note its high up too!! There are 3 levels and the company offers trolleys and lifts to get your belongs to whatever level you choose.
The team members are extremely helpful at finding the right size shed for your individual needs! There service and help is one of the reasons I choose this company - thanks heaps for the continued smiles and great customer service!
