The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, it was the first time I was using a storage service and the experience was made very easy for me, as well as it being short notice.
Ynyr was the highlight of my experience, with a smooth check in and out of the facilities. Thank you team!

We stored our stuff for 3 years, but we couldn’t take any more price hikes. $300 a month for storage? Yeah nah. My wife and I ended up getting a house to rent. Cheers for the 3 years. Nice place to store stuff.

We were stuck in storage King Saint Mary’s . At 10:00 pm and waited until 11:00 pm with no reply.
We came from Victor harbour and got late by one hour after moving whole day. Came to pickup the car. Requested many times to the security. They keep saying someone will call you back to give you the code. After one hour they said come back tomorrow . We cant let you in. Are you serious??z
Rude behaviour . Have two storages here but i wont store here anymore.

Hi Parvindar, we take the security of our facilities very seriously, hence our access hours are strictly 6am to 9pm, 7 days. We would like to discuss further however have no record of you storing with us.

Nice, safe but easy access to the storage unit. Very helpful staff. I had Ynyr (onya) called me to do a telephone guide and quote, also to set up the account and a walk around of the facility. She is very helpful, calm under pressure and .... I just like her!!!!

Excellent customer service
The young man in office had a very frazzled me relaxed and storage unit was ours in under 15 mins in office .
Impressed by the cleanliness of the units and the easy access .
Highly recommend to the most frazzeld housemover ! Ha Katie .C

The Storage King St Mary's Team have been amazing during our family's relocation from Sydney to Adelaide. Right from that first call the service was exceptional, providing advice on the space we really needed, getting us a great deal and keeping in touch throughout the process of our move. The manager, Michael, went above and beyond to help us out after hours when our removalist unexpectedly required access to the facility due to some issues with the backload from Brisbane and we were still in transit from Sydney. Not only was this extraordinary, but he stayed on site to make sure everything went to plan and kept in contact with me, making every effort to reassure me whist I was miles away! Highly highly recommend this team- I could not have expected such amazing service even from family!

Storage King have been exactly what I needed. My belongings are secure and very easily accessible whenever I need. I am very happy with the service and price for the unit I have and I highly recommend storing with Storage King to everyone! 5 start customer service!!!!

I'm confident Rikki will not forget me for quite some time, although this is not always a good thing! After going through a very sad situation I ended up on her doorstep at Storage King St Mary's. Well to put it mildly, up until now if it could go wrong, it did! From the delay in delivery, to being told the wrong size unit required, right up to Rikki standing in the middle of South Road to stop traffic so the truck could reverse after almost taking out the fence. Things continued to go downhill & I'm pretty sure I saw her go a slight shade of pale every time I walked in the door. Storage King St Mary's has an amazing employee that goes above & beyond, the customer service, facilities, security & cleanliness is second to none. I can almost laugh about it now, I still owe Rikki a hot chocolate I promised her 3 months ago. I am very grateful for making the right choice & choosing Storage King St Mary's. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone with high expectations.
