Posting this for storage king in general. I rented a unit with woolloomooloo and have been extremely disgusted with the service.
They act like they want to help but at the same time can be really manipulative and unprofessional.
If you are late on a payment, the way they behave is completely egotistical, they have no shame on the harassment they place on people and the store manager has actually raised his voice at me and then laughed when asked how he could behave that way to people and boasted about feeling great about himself. He would contact me of 10 different forms of media each day, would send non stop emails and would harass your emergency contact even when you have contacted him.
Then there’s Alex, who can be incredibly rude and egotistical. When I’ve complained about him to head office he tried to boast it was useless as he worked for head office so if I had a complaint it should go through him (a way to defer if complaints are ever made about him) he insists he was to help customer service wise if you seem unhappy but then sends emails that are rude and entitled and acts as if doing parts of his job are a massive favour on your behalf and you should be greatful and can’t even do the job correctly. He also pretended to be liaising with the legal team (they don’t have one) and when I rang head office they had no idea what I meant by legal team, pretended to take a message and pass it on, where rude, condescending and gave attitude (including cutting me off several time on the calls, shouting and hanging up - Fred, Cass and Bonnie in particular. when I’ve chased it up and three days later still have not gotten back to me.
When I received personal and confidential legal documents they were taken out of all envelopes, clearly read and placed in a position to make it obvious they have gone through and read them which is a massive breach of privacy and sold most of the items they promised to give back In the auction.
I am utterly disgusted with storage king.

I've had a very pleasant experience dealing with both Aaron and Adam. They are very consistent in providing a friendly and high quality service. The storage unit was clean and the trolleys at our disposal very handy. I can highly recommend this branch.

Absolutely Fantastic! This was my first experience with Storage facilities (let alone Storage King) and Ashleigh at the front desk made it a seamless and enjoyably experience. She stayed back late on a Friday evening to help me with paperwork, explained the whole process with a smile on her face and ensured she was there the next day to help my removalists and I unpack the boxes into our unit. She is evidently very experienced and a credit to the Storage King team. I will be recommending Storage King to all of my family and friends given my great, positive experience. Thank you!

I have been using Artarmon 3 King storage for over a month now. I am very satisfied with the service. All staffs are super friendly and happy to help any time I contacted them. It is very secure and clean, and our storage is perfect size for our small business. Thank you!

For a variety of unexpected reasons, my moving day last week was quite stressful. The one thing that worked out really well was Storage King. At incredibly short notice they offered me a few options at good rates, and dealt with me when, I’ll admit it, I was a bit riled up (due to reasons that had absolutely nothing to do with them!). I dealt with Alex but feel confident they’re all good guys there. Highly recommend.

Recently moved out of the our St Peters storage shed on a Sunday and it was a super easy process as we had the whole loading dock to ourselves. Micheal and the whole team were great to work with and couldn't recommend it more.

The guys and facilities at Storage King St Peters are fantastic. I genuinely got a feeling from the Store Manager Michael that he wanted to help me get the best storage solution for my situation. He sat with me and talked me through all of my alternatives and I got a good price for the storage size. The facilities are fantastic, with more than adequate security and trolleys to help me move everything. I would highly recommend Storage King St Peters for anyone needing storage.
