utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

Worst customer service ever. Booked and paid for a storage shed, they didn’t send the details out , said they did but I never got the email. Ladie rang me back I told her can she text it not email it please, she only sent me half the details. So couldn’t do the move that day. Ended up not needing the storage shed because couldn’t move into it on the day I needed, then Monday come around they said it wasn’t supposed to start until Monday anyway, so why would they give me the codes ? Or claim to send the email? Now they refuse to give my money back, and said they will give me 2 weeks back.
I’m a person escaping dv and everytime iv left iv used storage king airport west , those women are so helpful and lovely. These people here at storage king Sunbury are horrible, don’t want to accept they stuffed up, just focased on keeping my $150 .. Im 1 person, theyr a big company. I didn’t even get to use the storage shed because they didn’t give me the code, I should get my money back. I feel like they treated me so unfairly it wasn’t my fault at all. And they could have been kind and given my money back as I always use storage king. Not anymore this disgusting treatment towards a person escaping dv almost homeless and all they care about is my $150, horrible horrible horrible people

I wasn't informed about the truck hire process. When I booked the person on the phone went on and on about locks and codes for access, but it was redundant information that could have been put in an email. They should have mentioned that Storage King have a complimentary truck for customers. I ended up booking a trailer which cost over $100 then I discovered that I didn't need it. When I used the truck I was 40 mins late returning it but it was still within office hours and I was charged an extra $110 for that. Very unhappy about paying extra $210.

When I rang to enquire about my storage unit I was initially told I'd get my 2nd month free to now be told I won't and have to pay for it, I also was never told about free use of the truck to move into the unit which in turn cost me more money by having to hire a truck through sixt rentals. Absolutely pi$$ poor the lack of and wrong information given to me and I would never use this company again for anything. Really disappointed
