We were looking for a small storage unit to store some furniture and bits and pieces until we decide what to do with them. We were looking at local units, to compare prices and conditions. We didn't go any further than Storage King in Sunbury. Melody was wonderful at explaining the conditions and showing us the unit and when we came with our first load, Peter was great with all the technical and legal aspects involved. What impressed us most was the friendly, cheerful attitude we were greeted with every time we communicated with staff. Thank you!

Very helpful when things went wrong Came in an opened up after hours and issued us a extra unit I was so upset when arrived to see the place closed with Removal Truck full of my furniture We off loaded 1Truck of furniture at 2 pm went back for 2nd load to return The relieving Manager did not issue us with another garage unit And should have rang us saying what time he was leaving very disappointed with him But very impressed with the girl that came down and opened up because she had a sick little boy at home . I lodged an enquiry about a unit online and within hours got a call back to discuss options. I booked a 3 x 1.5 unit and was unsure if everything would fit. When we arrived we were told some bigger units freed up that day if we wanted them and the staff had held off booking them out until we got there which was so helpful because we ended up needing the bigger space! Very easy to access the units, feels very secure and safe. We got boxes and tape and the whole process was very easy. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

They were helpful in showing me various sized units to meet my needs . The on site shop for packing needs proved to be a bonus as I could get all my packing needs in a one stop shop.
