I have nothing but full praise for Storage King Thomastown in their handling of my initial storage query through to actual "move in" - what made it more exceptional was how the Store Manager dealt with complicated logistics over email due to me being located in Europe and not physically being able to visit the facility in person. All my questions were attended to promptly and professionally and together, "we made it work". Thank you Storage King Thomastown, really appreciate your perseverance and support. See you next time I am home in Melbourne....

I have so much to say about my experience with
Shannon Keogh at your Thomastown branch.
But to simplify it she is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and understanding, there just a few things but I believe she should be used as a tool to hold everyone in your company to that standard.
And as a result I will tell everyone I know if they need it including strangers to use your facilities. Thank you once again Shannon AMAZING!!!

My wife and I are extremely impressed with the level of service we received from Storage King, Thomastown. The Store Manager, Shannon was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in catering for our storage needs. We were unsure of the amount of space we required for our household goods. However, Shannon’s expertise and experience played a pivotal role in her asking all the right questions to gain insight to our needs. She went above and beyond in helping us. She showed us many different units that matched our requirements and helped picked one most suitable for us. I would highly remedy her to anybody requiring storage, you are bound to get great customer service. Thanks again Shannon.

I highly recommend Storage King Thomastown. I have been a customer for over five years and during that time I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient as it has easy access and the layout of the premises is very well layed out. They also supply trolleys to move your items around more freely.

Shannon and her team have been helpful at Storage King Thomastown from Day 1. I remember when I initially booked a unit, and needed to get stuff in there urgently, Shannon came out and opened up for me. When I needed an additional unit, it was easy and no fuss. I highly recommend the team there. Thanks for taking caring of me.

I've been a Customer, storing items at Thomastown Storage King, for three years now. Since March-2016.
I've found the staff to be very helpful and positive, from the start when I became a Customer and throughout the years.
During these last 3yrs, there have been a couple of new staff and two new Store Managers. Around late-2017 the current Store Manager, SHANNON KEOGH, began at Thomastown. I'd particularly like to thank Shannon for always considering the customer, and for taking the time to answer my occasional questions.
