I recently dealt with the fill in manager “John” twice at the Thornleigh Branch, first time I was enquiring about booking temporary storage and he was thorough in explaining and showing me around which was overall a very positive and decent experience he took his time and didn’t rush or pressure me into anything which made the whole overall experience very pleasant, the second time I went to pay and finalise everything not only was he polite, professional and had a certain charm it was definitely very easy and stress free.
Overall John has great customer service and good bedside manners and I highly recommend not only storage king but definitely dealing with John, keep up the great work it’s a shame he’s not placed at Thornleigh permanently. Keep up the great work! Signed one very happy customer Corey

The commercial side was a breeze and some issues I had with accessing a portal were quickly and effectively remedied over the desk onsite. During my time using Storage King I found all staff very approachable and friendly. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble. Staff seemed very knowledgeable regarding the best storage. During a recent power outage on my moving day Milana and other staff organised to arrive early to allow the gate to be opened manually to let the removalist in.

Due tò medical reasons and a long stay in hospital, i had to sell my house and store it all in a gròund floor garage type unit at Storage King thornleigh for 2.5years while i recovered. I was very surprised to find it was all dry with no sign of mould or any dampness under the gladwrap when i was finally able to collect it all and move into my new unit.
