Excellent customer service and value for the money.
Angela provided easy to understand instructions and made the whole experience very satisfying, timely reponding to all my questions and inquiries.
They are conveniently located near the Tullamarine airport if you need to store any luggage like in my case.
Their small storage space is quite big and reasonably priced.
I can highly recommend their services.

The reason im giving for the 1 star is as follows
Its one of those things where one employee brings down the Entire budiness
That name is Angela
No customer service shes quite illiterate
no communication skills whatsoever
When u try to manage a store or a business
she obviously has No clue on either of those
maybe good at chasing the Kebab caravans
Just letting her Owners and bosses know bout it cause u be loosing alot of customers
because of her incompetence

Very happy with Storage King the only thing i dont like is not being able to access 24 hours a day very clean place clean storage areas lifts trollies and dollies to help move ur stuff in and out ive used a couple diffrent storage companys storage king is the best thus far thankyou storage king

On the day of my first visit to get a quote, I decided to chose SK at Tullamarine for my storage solution, which met my needs: proximity to my residential address, competitive price, security, presentation and maintenance of the site, great friendly and helpful staff. I was pleased to have met Lauren Storms who was managing the site on they day of my first visit, and realized that SK Tullamarine effectively deliver on their promises, with practical and relatively economical storage solutions in a great site. On subsequent visits Ms Lauren Storms was always professional and charming. She is enthusiastic and committed, and highly skilled in customer service delivery. 10/10 from me SK Tullamarine, thanks!

Highly professional staff with great recommendations based on our requirements.
The facility is state of the art and very convenient.

Tullamarine Storage King is a very clean with easy access. The staff are extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have used other storage facilities in the past but none compare to Storage King.

I recently needed storage space in between renting and building a new house. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much bother. As I am doing this on my own I was very thankful for their help. The storage space that I have is very clean, which is comforting, as I have some sentimental things in storage.

I found that my dealings with Storage King have been nothing short of brilliant. The staff are very friendly, and definitely know their stuff in helping someone pick out what they need. The security they have is also great, I don't feel worried about having my things stored there at all! They keep people informed of whats happening at their premises which I think is fantastic! I would highly recommend using Storage King out at Tullamarine! Good work guys keep it up!

We recently put our belongings into Storage King, The staff are fantastic! really helpful and nice. All the storage units are very clean and easily accessible, they also have trolleys and lifts provided if needed. If you don't know what size storage unit you need, don't worry just tell the lovely staff what you would like to put in storage and they will happily show you the units that will suit you at affordable price. As soon as we were shown around the facility I felt very comfortable with having my belongings stalled here as they have top of the range security, CCTV and also all units have individual alarmed locks and pass code security gates to enter and to exit for a peace of mind. They also offer Insurance at a very adorable price!. I highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting to stall their belongings in a safe place!

We recently hired a locker from Storage King, the staff are fantastic, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. the facilities are brand new making it the perfect place to store your belongings as you would probably be the first user of the locker at this stage. The lockers themselves are clean and fresh, easily accessible, with the trolleys and lifts provided. The building has top of the range security with individually alarmed lockers, CCTV, pass code security gates and sprinklers. There is an array of boxes, bags, tape, bubble wrap etc. in the office for packing all reasonably priced and of course considering this is an individually owned storage king but still part of a large corporation, the prices of the lockers themselves are pretty good in my researched opinion. With specials coming up to entice you in. I recommend this place to store your belongings if you are looking for something clean, safe and secure in a convenient place.

We have recently moved our belongings into Storage King as we are collecting furniture and white goods for our wedding next year.
We were very excited about this and the staff at Storage King were so friendly and kind which made the experience very nice.
The storage areas are spacious and safe which provides peace of mind.

A great new Storage King in a handy location. A great range of different sized storage options available . Great consultation by the staff who have set me up with the ideal area. Boxes are an added benefit. I feel very reassured by the security access controls in addition to the security and also the smart lighting.
I recommend Storage King Tullamarine in for sort term small or long term with a large are. I am storing there to de-clutter our house before selling and the 3m x 3m is perfect. First time I have used a storage facility and it was too easy !
