The guy i spoke to during the week was fantastic. The girl over the weekend was less then helpful and completely disinterested in helping us. She just wanted to hurry up the process so we would get out of the office. She didn't take us to our locker it took us going back to her twice before we managed to stubble across it. She didn't tell us how anything worked. No information about anything. This is the first time using a storage shed so we are and still are unfamiliar with how it all works. Now ill have to wait till Monday to the owners are back for them to answer my questions.

One of the lowest points of my life resulting in me having to hire a storage I can't thank you enough 2 storage Kings Irreplaceable team member Jeremy He went above and beyond to help me at this very difficult time and for once it felt like I had some sort of support. There is no other storage place on the coast that will go out of there way to make sure your personal belongings are Safe and secure. The Best Price around for Storage is Storage King Tweed heads.. Bought a "package" that was already put together. Got all the way back home to Ballina and realised there was only "one" of the striped bags when there was supposed to be two. Rang the office to let them know - sure call back in and we will give you another bag. But far to go all the way back. Suggested they should check the contents before they sell them.
