Fantastic customer service, credit to Adam at the Woodville North store. It was an easy and casual transaction. With privacy, security and the convenience of a shop in the front office for all your move needs.. Which I took advantage of the starter pack, Adam suggested. Easy to access even on holidays with the code system. One random forklift left along the parking lane did cause an issue for a while, luckily we were able to get the truck drivers to move it, to allow free flow of vehicles.

I just want to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Woodvillle for everything you did today.
With the possibility that my belongings could have been destroyed due to the leak in the roof above the storage unit next to mine, Andy made sure I was about to move into a new unit - of a larger size and in a location that was even better than the original. You were my angel today.
Thank you to Paul for your kindness and compassion today - it was exactly what I needed.
Thank you to State Manager David Thompson for organising the removalists to come in and conduct the move. It was totally unexpected but I am profoundly grateful, especially considering how overwhelming the day was. The team at Darren Borgas were phenomenal - efficient, respectful, and paid attention to detail.
The credit on my account for the inconvenience was also very much appreciated - another wonderful surprise.
With the excellent customer service skills that your team has, it’s impossible not to recommend you!!

Worst service from the staff members and they don’t want to do keep the friendly staffs. They don’t want to change any thing just need to make money they don’t care if your product damage or rat bite.I strongly recommend dont go there.

I had a terrible experience the last time I attended Storage King Torrens Road to use the Parcel Point facilities. The clerk was so rude. He didn't accept my parcel, but waved to the corner and told me to put it in the cage. I didn't see one so I was confused. Rather than politely tell me it was behind the door in the private staff area, he stomped over, acting like I was the stupidest person in the world for not understanding him, and opened the door to reveal the cage basket. He was so extremely impolite, hard to describe here, but it was as if I was muck on his shoe for making him get out of his chair. It's literally his job to take my parcels and provide service. He couldn't even bother to communicate clearly, with a minimum of courtesy. Previously I have had great experiences here with other staff members, but won't be back and have passed my experience on to Parcel Point customer service. If he continues to be this rude and discourteous, I am sure others will do the same. I would otherwise have given a good review as the other staff are great - especially the youngest man who works there, he is great. But this clerk's behavior was unacceptable.

I am beyond blown away by the fantastic service and care I have recieved.
Rikki and Billy have gobe aboce and beyond from the very first phone call all the way through.
They have been friendly, helpful, accommodating and have assisted me with any queries concerns or issues I've encountered to ensure I was able to get the storage I needed at a price I could afford.
All the information I needed to know was clear, transparent and given to me freely and without delay.
The way I have been treated it is obvious that Storage King Woodville don't just hire space, the team here are providing people with the peace of mind and knowledge that their belongings will be in a safe secure space with a team you can trust.

Their Warehouse leaks and so do the units. All my belongings were water damaged. They don't offer compensation or even apologise for the inconvenience. Stay away.

The Facilities at Storage King. Torrens Road. Cheltnam. Are great. Easy access. Secure clean and tidy storage units. Trolleys and lifting devices supplied. The service from thd staff is excellent. The rates are good value. The jnits themselves are in very good condition with very easy access.
