Locked out! Not sure why?!?! Lock on door. No one to answer the phones on the weekend, no one on site. At the time when we actually have the time to use the unit! Where is the customer service on the weekend?!?!

Hi Rebecca, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry you had a less than perfect experience with Storage King. We are closed on Sunday and there is one staff member on Saturday between 9am - 4pm. Please feel free to reach out to us, should you wish to discuss anything further.

Service was friendly and efficient. Unit was clean and convenient to access. We hired the caged trailer at the last minute and it was so handy. Would definitely use again if I had the need. Thanks team.

It was the most unlikely place I’d expect to receive such good service but Laura and James from Woonona Storage King delivered exceptional customer service. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs for which I am very grateful. The facility was also very clean, secure and well presented. Highly recommend for your storage needs.

It’s early days, but I can positively say the staff are all so friendly and welcoming not to mention Laura the star ! Exceptional customer service, extremely kind and so helpful through all the stress of moving. It’s nice to see a happy face to break up the to chaos on moving day.

If we could give more than 5 stars for the quality of service we received from Storage King Woonona we would. Laura was absolutely fantastic. She made the whole process so easy. She responded promptly to our enquiries, knew the answer to every question, and provided solutions to our storage needs. As a consequence, our move was stress-free and everything fit perfectly into the unit Laura recommended. The facility is new, very clean, has easy access and very good security.

It was easy to find out about the sizes of lockers that were available and to book the size I wanted when I wanted it. I did have to book it for a month which might be too long for some people. The security code I was given worked perfectly and it was easy to find my locker. I used it for just under a month, coming and going many times.
