We’ve recently rented a unit as we’re moving houses and the process to book and organise has been so easy with Storage King Coomera. Each time I’ve had a query whether by phone or in person every interaction has been so pleasant and helpful. As I am unfortunately measurement challenged, I stupidly booked a unit that could only fit a qtr of our things (oops). I was so lucky to be helped by either Bec or Leanne (I’m so sorry we can’t recall - though everyone here is amazing), who quickly helped us move into a bigger spot for a really great deal all done within minutes. It’s just so nice to be met with such great customer service, especially when you’re going through one of the most stressful life events (moving). As for the units themselves, well they’re great, clean, secure, safe and amazing deals and promotions always happening. But without a doubt the staff here are what make this place 👌

Can I just say Lee and Rebecca are absolutely phenomenal at their job and incredible human beings. We have hired a unit with them, they have gone above and beyond from the beginning. We applied for a quote online and when we called they were extremely thorough in making sure that our needs were being exceeded ten fold, all while making sure we weren't spending more than we should have. They both have incredible knowledge of not only how big the storage units are but how big what your storing is and if it will fit in their units. The price they are charging is extremely reasonable considering the size of the unit. Not only that they just genuinely care about you and what you need. I asked about removalist services for when we no longer need the unit and Lee went above and beyond in knowledge of local businesses who provide the service and how the process works. Lee and Rebecca you guys are phenomenal human beings and Storage King is the luckiest company to have you guys putting a face to their business.

Leanne at the Upper Coomera location was very helpful, easy and practical to deal with. The facilities were clean, well lit and the lifts and trolleys worked. It was a little more expensive than other places but the price included a special offer for a hire van to move my items. Would highly recommend using them.
