Exceptional service provided by all staff members. Storage King Eastgardens are very easy to deal with, the manager Paul was very accommodating and the staff members did all they could to assist. We highly recommend their services to all.

The storage was great and easily accessible when we needed to get in. The staff were amazing to deal with. They have a great customer focus and all of our questions and queries were alwaya answered. I would highly recommend using their services.

I bought a tv box based on the size shown on the website and called to confirm the size for my tv. I had a friend pickup the box. When the box was made up, the tv didn't fit and the measurements were a lot smaller than advertised/told to me. As it turns out the measurements were for flat pack (hmmm, not so smart) Called and spoke with the manager and he had someone send the larger size to my home at no cost. Hopefully they update the website and do a bit of staff training but i was most impressed with how this was resolved and they deserve 5 stars for customer service.

I highly recommend this facility to all requiring efficient cost-effective short term storage facilities.
At all times the on-site Staff were friendly and helpful - they are an asset to the Owners of the company.
The area is clean and well maintained and feels a safe environment at any time of day.

I walked in today to buy a box and walked out with a hilarious experience! Thanks to Paul and the team for helping select and assemble the best box for my device! Great service!

In our first month of storage- weren't notified of when payment was due when setting up the account- not explained that we would be denied entry if payment was overdue. Very un happy that this was not explained.
