utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

If you need storage and you know where to find them, you need the J team. Jess 1 and Jess 2 are straightforward, no nonsense, happy and helpful problem solvers.
Storage King Joondalup are awesome. I required storage space but didn’t know exactly how much space I needed, no problem for the team there though. Jess v.1 ensured I had two 3x3 (half garages) side by side in the event I needed more space. As it happened I only needed one. The whole process was super easy, the team; Jess v.1 and Jess v.2 are extremely helpful and enthusiastic, and the facility is secure and clean.
I have given the company this high star rating because the staff at the Joondalup office could not have been any more helpful if they tried. I am an aged pensioner who has never had to do this type of thing before. The staff led me through the process very kindly and patiently. They talked me through all my options and found me the best deal
I am an aged pensioner who has never had an experience in putting belongings into storage. Kings in Joondulup took the time to listen to my needs and guide me with what might suit me. They were very patient with me as made my choice, often changing my mind. When I finally decided, I was guided through the sign up with everything being explained to me. I am extremely satisfied with the price but more importantly the service. I would recommend Kings to anyone looking for storage.
The staff are very helpful and accommodating - Jessica, Jess and Lynette have all been so good with everything, especially with my initial contact, getting back about storage spaces when they are available and helping me upsize to a bigger unit.
The storage facilities are clean, the trolleys are very handy and it feels safe to go there on my own with all the cameras and lighting.
I would recommend you guys to friends and family needing storage options.
First off the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and met my needs. As a pensioner the pricing was a lot better than other companies that I viewed. The actual facility was nice and clean and easy to navigate with large trolleys available to transport goods from car to unit. Very impressed.
Although I received good service and a fair price (for the first 2 months), I have to take 2 stars off for amount of personal data Storage King requires and stores, or say they require.
Store Kings prefers you to do ID verification online; you have to send pics of an ID, standard, but then you have to verify that ID with a bot live scanning your face, via your device's camera.
I can't find details on whether that scan is saved somewhere, but I would guess it is as their front office has facial recognising cameras/software.
Next time I'll just go to an oldschool business that helps me store my goods, not steal my digital soul.
The storage area is clean, there are multiple choices of trolleys available for clients, the storage sizes are large enough to hold all that we need stored, the staff are friendly, there is a public toilet available and the bonus of a Complimentary Truck for clients' use. Plus the fact that Storage King offers all this at a much cheaper rate than many others in the region.
Professional staff genuinely interested in meeting your needs. Really workable facility as well especially after leaving my previous dodgy rip off providers.
A recent meet and greet with staff was extremely positive and resulted in great outcomes achieved for our Charity. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Helpful and efficient assistance when negotiating the most suitable storage unit. Then very clear guidelines as to how to access our unit. I really appreciated the complimentary removal van.
Good experience place is nice and clean. Only problem is access sometimes as not a lot of unloading bays ecspecially with a trailer. The storage king removal truck is always in the way a lot making it difficult to back in.
The staff are incredibly nice, efficient and keen to give the customer value for money.
I have had in the past had bad experiences with other storage companies I I am very suspicious no but with storage King I feel so much more comfortable.
