I rented a storage unit at the Murwillumbah Storage King facility for over 3 years. The facility is very clean, well maintained and have great security. In 3 years I had zero problems. I had complete autonomy with accessing my unit any day and always felt that my belongings were secure. I would recommend the Murwillumbah Storage King 100%. You do a great job guys!!

Premises are very clean.
I had my furniture and belongings in storage for 4 months.
I had lots of soft furnishings, linen, cushions , clothing etc.there was no mould or mildew smells when I collected everything after all that time.

Our storage was placed here while we were overseas. Upon returning to move it to Qld we were helped greatly by the office staff while packing our sons truck. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication while we were overseas and back in Australia has also been excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending the staff and storage facilities in Murwillimbah to anyone.

I have had a wonderful experience storing my furniture and household effects with Storage King Murwillumbah, they are professional yet friendly and helpful, and Nikki is amazing, super easy and efficient to deal with.
I am really particular with my furniture, but there was nothing to worry about with the clean, well laid out facilities provided at SKM. Security is good and the user access system works perfectly with easy access after hours or on weekends.

Over the years I have used several storage sites in Murwillumbah (Storage King twice) and often needed to rent a garage at short notice - always a problem as any local would know. Storage King Murwillumbah may not be the cheapest but the cleanliness of the site and access to the units is the best in the business and the staff did their utmost to accommodate me.

Just moved our stuff out after 5 years in storage. Sheds are clean and well laid out and out of flood. Our shed was a 3 x 2 m and was inside a larger shed which meant it was more protected from the elements. Staff are helpful and prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

I’ve used a few storage facilities… without a doubt, Storage King Murwillumbah was my absolute best experience.
It’s well designed and built, with good vehicle access to sheds which are well insulated from all weather conditions. It’s efficiently managed. Nicki and Emily were most helpful during my lengthy rental, both going out of their way to help with little miscellaneous extras when asked. Most importantly, it’s extremely clean and well maintained… the contents of my storage shed #14 were as good when I moved as when I first stored years ago.
All in all, a great experience in a Premium facility.
